Third party payments:
I accept third party payments. For example, if your employer, a loved one or someone else wishes to pay for your session(s) on your behalf. However, where a third party is paying for your session(s), I require them to sign a third party payment contract. This confirms that while they are paying for the sessions, the sessions are completely confidential and they are not entitled to any information about you or your support.
Choosing how many sessions to book:
There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions that you can book. Every person is unique and I work in a way that meets your individual needs. That involves regular check-ins during our sessions to reflect on how you feel counselling and psychotherapy is working for you, as well as moving toward meeting your personal goals.
My availability:
I am currently open to new clients. I offer sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You can see my ongoing availability calendar on my booking page here.

Please note: from November 2024, my availability is changing to Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
